Thank you for reading this.  Salop Korean Martial Arts has established itself in the Harmer Hill area and teaches practical self defence. The school owner,  Tony Richardson, has been training for the last two decades,  attaining a 3rd degree black belt with the British Institute of Martial Arts. But he has over 3 decades of dealing with conflict and self defence as a recently retired Police Sergeant. Martial arts is not about hurting people; it's about protecting them.  This is not competition based so it is limited contact, concentrating on blocking,  punches and kicks. There is a belt grading system in place which is registered with the British Institute of Martial Arts and our classes are open to all ages from 5 years old up to and including adults.
